Virtual Staging - Portfolio
Even with the advent of California Law AB723 (Real estate: digitally altered images disclosure), virtual staging can still be a useful tool in the real estate agent's arsenal. Done correctly and within the law, virtual staging can demonstrate room layout, declutter personal possessions, show off a home in virtual twilight or take a murky sky and make it blue and sunny. What we can't do is hide imperfections of a home or add environmental or other features that do not exist in reality.
Even though the law has only been enacted in California, it is a good idea for agents in New Jersey to put into practice these disclosures now, as we are likely to follow suit. Plus you look (and act!) like an honest broker.
